Meh. It has a 60% on Metacritic.

The user ratings are much higher. From what I remember, a lot of the critics didn't know what the hell they were doing. It's not some buttonmasher beat-em-up. You actually have to use your dodge/parrying. The timing is really strict at times too, like the just frames in Tekken/Soul Calibur.
