The toughest pro wrestler ever?

hunt can hit hard, is credentialed and successful kickboxer and was beat up by brock. to think that an untrained guy stands much of a chance is just ridiculous. lol at chucking fists.

brock didn't fight against untrained guys who can hit hard. he faced world class mma fighters.
And you're a fool if you don't think Brock was in danger for every moment he stood with Hunt.
The fight went his way that time, the knockout punch didn't come, but if they fought 10 times , I wouldn't be surprised if Hunt KOs him several times.
It's not a safe bet, but if you feel comfortable betting that mil be my guest.

Cmon. Being in danger against a top kickboxer and mma fighter does not equate to being in danger against a guy who never trained to throw real strikes. These are real fighters against untrained people.

Sara McMann would gnp Haku into a living death

LOL

That's one way to look at it and it's certainly possible.

Another way to see it, Brock is an athlete with some skill, but like most of us, he doesn't like pain very much and he's proven that he's more than ready to quit when he feels he's getting fucked up.
Haku is a wildman who breaks handcuffs and tosses cops around while he's getting pepper sprayed. I have no idea how well he would adapt to mma, but I imagine a guy like that can get by a few HW on brute strength and natural animal instinct alone.

haku was a big dude...easily 275lbs...and tossing around average dudes, like cops, would be nothing...you don't think brock could throw around cops like they were nothing? and I think getting hit by pro fighters, is different than being hit by a guy with no real background in any form of martial arts...being able to break handcuffs. reminds of the bruce lee saying "boards don't hit back"...that type of stuff means nothing in a fight...

you don't honestly believe that do you? haku would have broken her body in 2. within 10 seconds...any guy that size, that's in reasonable shape would.

Got to be Kurt Angle.

Olympic gold medalist aged 27, which he won with a broken neck. He broke his neck a further 3 times in his career, also kept working week in week out with spinal issues, severe nerve damage, bone spurs.

He's a small guy but he's lifted and slammed guys that probably weighed 450lbs.

Definitely someone that could have gone far in MMA had he transitioned straight from Amateur Wrestling...although I'd guess that those neck issues could have become a factor.

It doesn't mean everything, but it certainly doesn't mean "nothing" either. Freakish strength and natural aggression and knack for violence will most certainly help in a fight.

I didn't say he would win, all I said was that a guy that big and strong, and with that much aggression, would have been interesting to see in mma, especially if he committed to training.

A shout out to Shane O Mac who could fall from everywhere and live on

From countless stories from other wrestlers, the consensus #1 badass of all time was Haku (Meng).

Word was the guy had stupid freakish strength, broke off handcuffs with his arms cuffed behind his back, would get pepper sprayed and it had almost no affect on him, and was a nice guy but if you got him mad he was terrifying, the only guy just about every other wrestler openly admits to being scared of.

There are stories of him biting off chunks of people in brawls, tossing big guys around like children and once putting two fingers inside a guy's mouth and breaking off some of his bottom teeth.

It's not surprising he comes from the Pacific islands and has that Mark Hunt retard strength and thick bones. Would have been interesting if he was in his prime now and he tried out the HW division.

A somewhat distant second place according to other wrestlers was the Barbarian, another Pacific Islander.

“There are 3 types of men: tough men, wrestler-tough men, and then there’s Meng.”-Arn Anderson

Very few men in the history of pro wrestling has garnered fear…legitimate fear for a single individual than Tonga Fifita. If the name doesn’t sound familiar, he was also known as Meng in WCW and Haku in the WWF. Regardless what you call him, make sure you do it with a smile and respect…because Tonga Fifita has one heck of a reputation.

The stories you hear or read are that of legend. Whether it’s gouging another wrestler’s eye out or breaking off someone’s bottom teeth in a brawl…Fifita has been called one…if not the toughest wrestlers in the business. A man who was truly feared and respected for his brute strength and unprecedented intensity. All it took was a certain look or glance from his eyes and you knew if you were going out of bounds.

Ric Flair

Ric Flair comparing MMA fighters to Haku: “Don’t ever think that anybody would mess with Haku. If he was a young guy and he got into MMA, my god — he’d have done everything! He was the toughest son of a bitch I’ve ever met in my whole life. No lie, take my word for it.”

Bobby Heenan

“The toughest man I’ve ever met in my life. “He took his two fingers on his right hand, his index finger and trigger finger, and he reached into a guy’s mouth and he broke off the guy’s bottom teeth.” Heenan added, ‘I wouldn’t have believed it, if I didn’t see it for myself.’ Bobby Heenan also claimed that Andre the Giant wasn’t afraid of anybody…except for Harley Race and Haku.

Jake Roberts

“If I had a gun and was sitting inside a tank with one shell left and Meng is 300 yards away, he’s mine, right? Well the first thing I’m going to do is jump out of the tank and shoot myself because I don’t want to wound that son of a bitch and have him pissed off at me.”

But he's an untrained casual, McMann would turn his skull into a fine powder

Maybe he would maybe he wouldn't, but you know nothing about Meng and you're basing your assumptions solely on "Brawk used to UFC bro"
You're literally saying that anybody who isn't a UFC fighter can beat a UFC fighter because we "know nothing" about them.
I guess Rey Mysterio can beat Might Mouse then, because huh, we know nothing about him.

You're saying right now that a TRAINED former UFC Champion can't beat two wrestlers. Are you saying that bloody John Cena can beat Stipe too?

Proven toughest? It's Saku. Guy won like a hero and took beatings like a thief. Fought PRIME Wandy twice, said "He okay for a 3rd?"
Angle was as legit as they come. Brock climbed as high as you can in combat sports. Punk at least got into a real fight. Jericho has won some locker room fights.
I don't rate any guy that "legends" exist about. Wrestlers are carny to the bone. No police reports, civilian accounts, or evidence of any kind? Guess I'll take the fuckin' Honkey Tonk Man's word.

I'm saying when two men in the neighbourhood of 300 lbs collide in a ring or cage, anything could happen.

And don't be stupid, we're not talking about just anybody, we're talking about a huge guy with freak strength who other legit tough guys flat out say is the baddest mo fo they ever met. Yes, a guy like that has a chance against absolutely anyone, especially against Brock who's folded like a cur several times when the going got tough.

For the record, if I had to bet on the fight I'd pick Brock too because too many question marks about Meng, but only a complete retard would completely dismiss his chances.
