I did jerks up to 155, but stopped because it was causing some discomfort in my shoulder.

This is the first time in my life I've done 3x5 on bench with more than my bodyweight.

Pretty happy with my strength levels right now. Still managing to hit PRs even though I'm cutting weight. Down ~15lbs from Jan 1st now, sitting in between 150-155.

Things were feeling really good, so I just went for it. 220 went up pretty easily but 230 was a brick.

New program that I'm following looks something like below. I'm focusing on running more, since the weather is warming up, my indoor soccer season is ending this weekend, and I have a few months until the new soccer season starts up. I may run a half or full marathon, but I haven't fully committed to either yet. We'll see how the training goes.

I've also changed my diet and decreased my calorie deficit. Now I should have a very small weekly deficit, but due mainly to the increase in cardio.
