GOAT condiment. Here in Chicago, we only put mustard on our hotdogs.

Stone Ground, Dijon, Brown, Yellow - so many great varieties.

I'm not as big a fan of mustard as I once was, but it goes great on a hot dog and a lot of sandwiches. Never put ketchup on a hot dog, I agree.

Other condiments I like are guacamole, chimichurri and ponzu. Also, hummus, tzatziki, tahini, baba ghanouj, raita, salsa verde, mole, pico de gallo.
