ACLU could be not telling the truth/misleading if so please support.

A source who has been helping the mother confirmed that she arrived in California without papers — she’s Catholic and was rushed out of Congo, formerly Zaire, with the help of a Catholic church there — but is willing to take a blood test to prove she’s the child’s mother.

Also, here is a similar case that the MSM has been pumping up. Again, the mother crossed the border illegally instead of applying for asylum at a port of entry.

Guatemalan mother sues Trump after being separated from her 7-year-old son at the border

A Guatemalan mother who crossed the border illegally in May with her 7-year-old son has sued the Trump administration, accusing officials of forcibly taking away her child as punishment for coming to the U.S. to seek asylum.

Has trump released the children he has hostage locked up in his camps?

Just wondering..

And I hope the dems haven't caved into Trump's demands because you should never give in to terrorism.

It turns out I was thinking of the other, very very similar case that has hit the MSM in the past week:

The details on the Congolese woman's case seem a bit murky. I will go back and correct my posts. Thanks for correcting me.

Yeah I was thinking this had to be harder to do from the Congo lol, thanks for owning up.

So it looks like I was right about the Congolese woman as well as the Guatemalan woman.

Arriving without papers and openiny requesting asylum = a criminal act?

It is certainly not = to crossing the border illegally.

I’m like

{<huh}

That's fair. We just don't know what happened. Looks like it's ACLU's word against DHS's, and so far we've only heard from one side. There's something strange about this case, obviously, since those presenting themselves at a port of entry are not usually detained and separated from their children. I'm guessing CBP had reasonable suspicion that the woman was not the mother of the child before the DNA test was performed. On the bright side, we'll learn a lot more about what happened since this is going to court.

I’m curious if Trump supporters like when Trump implys they are stupid? I mean he openly said he like stupid people but to say it is one thing but to continuously prove it is another.

When someone blatantly lies to you it’s because they don’t thing you are smart enough to catch on. You’re like the kid in school that’s the brunt of jokes but doesn’t realize it because you’re just to stupid. What’s even better is that instead of saying “Hey this guy just lied I’m not going to take it.” you all justify his lies so not only are you dumb but also easily taken advantage of, very beta of you.

How is it ACLU's vs DHS's word if we have only heard one side. Has DHS said anything?

Anyway my point stands

1 case = literally Hitler :)

So it turns out it wasn’t Dems that separated families. Just his dumbass policy that he refused to reverse until yesterday. Nice try using kids as a bargaining chips for your laws

Because this is going to court. It's ACLU vs. DHS in the federal courts, and we will hear both sides. Despite slimeball Dick Durbin claiming that Nielsen admitted fault in this case, DHS rejects that claim.

lol.

Somebody said that the kids are permanently lost now from their parents?

Is that true?
