Trying to remember an old movie title...

Ok, this might be a long shot, but I'm thinking of an older movie probably from late 90s.

I think it was a bank robbery movie. The robbers try to get away. At a certain point they park the car on a hill by a hydrant and then a firetruck comes and pushes the car down the hill.

They're trying to get to a bus later on or an airport... They're under the elevated subway line. Stuff happens....

I think it was supposed to be semi-funny...

That's all I got. Does anyone have ideas?
