I personally think Windy are a little better made. I had a pair for only a couple months before giving them to my cousin who just got into the sport.
The overall construction just felt more well made and durable than the twins. They were also more compact, where as twins has a pretty large profile.
Twins aren’t a bad glove at all, and at that price I think it’s a good deal. That’s about what I paid for them back in the day (getting old). They’re on the softer side and have more padding on the back of the hand in comparison to the Windys so they make a great sparring glove, but I burned through 2 separate pairs on the bags rather quickly.
