300k manlet buys are like 80 - 90k real buys.
Not impressive.
Derp do you realise 227 outsold 226?
TJ/Cody/Cejudo, OUT SOLD and OUT DREW "DC's 2 belts" lmao.
The "manelt" divisions is where it's truly at
In boxing, the biggest stars were all under 160 and mostly at 147 (Canelo/Oscar/Manny/Floyd/Cotto)
Now MMA is finally starting to catch up
The lower weight classes have all the true depth and talent. Now the lower weight classes are going to take over in PPVs just like has always been the case in boxing
I have been calling it out for a while that MMA would eventually become like boxing, once MMA got further developed, where the lower weight classes would take over in every respect.
Conor kickstarted it by bringing so much attention to 145
Every one should thank Conor
Bless Conor
I don't know where this weird insane misconception about size came from in MMA
No one likes watching big uncoordinated sloths like Jones, Rumble, DC
4 of the 5 highest selling UFC PPVs of all time (all by Conor) were FW/LW/WW fights
Lesnar is the only big man who sells
If you take out Jones's fights against DC and Rashad, then Jon Jones has a 250k PPV average which is pathetic lol. Even including those fights Jones still averages 500k lmao. He's not even in the top 5.
It's all about the lower weight classes. Conor the greatest star in combat sports history is a career FW. Conor owns 4 of the 5 highest selling UFC PPVs of all time. That is going to rub off on those weight classess. Again, thank Conor and bless Conor
Get use to it, it's all about the lower weight classes (depth, talent, PPV buys)
If you want big men go watch freak show fights in Japan. Maybe when Jones gets suspended for 4years he can go compete in those freak show fights in Japan. Im sure that will clench your thirst for big uncoordinated sloppy LHW/HW fights
