Hello all. Decided to come back after a lengthy hiatus. Currently competing in strongman and train out of the Battle Axe Gymy. Currently not training for a competition but do have my eye on Miami's Baddest Man, comping up April 1st and which I competed in last year(first strongman comp) and took 6th. Programming is done by my coach who also owns the gym and looks like this
Mon-Squat; Tues-Press; Thurs-Deadlift; Friday-Strongman Events
Currently dealing with a nagging hip flexor injury that's affected my squat and brought my #s down but it comes with the territory. Anyways here was today's training
