I've had some serious side effects from the antibiotics I was on, namely tendon damage ... hopefully I won't be sidelined for too long.

Been off, recovering for a while. Last night I did my first session in a while, just some lacrosse training. Practiced passing, dodging, and 1-on-1 ... iced my achilles afterwards and have been taking advil and I feel fine this morning.

Hows the achilles doing? Is the the rehab helping?
 
My achilles is almost back to normal now. I don't really notice any problems anymore. The rehab my have helped a bit but the main thing was getting off that medication and letting them rest.
