Push ups, Sit Ups, and run

I did about 70 sit ups. I have an issue where I chafe in the middle of my ass crack and it is fucking miserable. I did about 100 push ups. The run was miserable it lasted about 1.5 miles and my body hurt. Right foot was hurting, lower back is tight, try again later.
