2PM: Last 1/3 of the Salad + 1 Fish Oil
5PM: 200g Natrual Yoghurt with Agave + 1FO
Boxing 6-8
8PM 25g whey protein with water + Mixed Veg (peas,carrots,sweetcorn) + 75g Brown Rice + 120g chicken breast all cut up into a bowl.
