36 years at least without parole at age of 35.

Thats more than you can get for murder in Europe (personally I think the capital punishment and harsh jail sentences should be brought to Europe as well)

But whats the point living if your life basically ended at the age of 35? You are not able to travel, not able to eat and drink what you want, not able to go out with friends, not this and that...

I dont really go out and travel that much but locking me up for 35 years, jeeez, I would slit my own throat the day the verdict was announced.
 
The Law punishments in Europe (in most countrys) are a fucking joke!!!

I think most murderers (80%) are psychos that should be locked up for life anyway. But sometimes you got people sentenced for life when they killed in self defence or vengeful killers (father of raped child killing peado).

People say murder it's a murder no matter what. I disagree with that. Don't get me wrong I don't promote killings of any kind. But I think certain situations should be reviewed individually.

I check his criminal record after I made this post and I seen that he already had assault cases before so maybe that's the reason for such harsh sentence.

He beat the living s*************** out of that gal. He screwed himself over big time. Now he can spend 36 years of his life wondering what his life could've been like had he done anything else that fateful day. Yes, I believe he has prior convictions, he's unstable in the brain dept.
 
Back then i watched him on JRE...and he was saying that he already did some time...(not long)...and said that he never ever wanted to go back to jail.

He told a story (when he was jailed) where this one man (a bit older) got clowned and bullied by another man (the older guy wasn't on a long sentence) and the older man stood up, punched him, knocked him out, other dude fell head first on the ground and the impact was so hard that he died. Old dude got life or another 20 for that i think...
 
He was baited into attacking her and he fell for it. Won't be the first time a guy loses his shit over some idiotic female.

Jailers should give him his shoelaces back for a night, see if we get lucky.

My cousin was 18 when he was arrested for double homicide he is now 26 and still awaiting trial.They are trying to give him life....


In all honesty once your convicted for life....there are 3 options.

1)Kill yourself

2)Find god,and or spend your time educating youself and try to become somewhat of a decent person.

3)You boss out and start just straight DGAFFIN fighting,stabbing,killing,joining a gang and just live that thug life.


My younger cousin (one i mentioned)is a jesus freak now but he's better off then he was.

My older cousin who is locked up is a pod boss he has 2 cells to live in,cell phone,tv,and unlimited commecary from store from.....lets say alternative means lol.


You do the crime you do the time.

Fuck warmachine hes someones bitch for sure ....rapists and woman beaters are low on the pole in prison.

War Machine is getting more time prison then 99% of murderers currently in prison in America. If he had killed her he would've ended up getting less time.
Offense Mandatory sentencing
Involuntary Manslaughter 1-10 years
Voluntary Manslaughter 1-20 years

This is true unfortunately. You can get longer sentences in europe for drug and taxpay related crimes than for rape or murder.

Imho the guy should rotten in jail.

He'd still get charged on the other offenses, as well as killing her.

It's also not as simple as that.

Manslaughter =/= Murder 1, 2.

If everything went down as it did, and he killed her, he'd likely be facing Murder 2 at the least, on top of everything else.

All around the world these stupid sentencing guidelines are made by the the same people that are elected into office. In USA 99% of those elected into office are lawyers. The same dirty bastards that will defend or prosecute criminals, tax cheats and all the rest. It's incredible that a child molester or a rapist will most times get a 1 year sentence and most times not even get time in prison. Then you get career criminals that end up killing someone in a robbery and end up getting 3 years or less in prison. The reason for these type sentencing guidelines is so these creepy bastard lawyers that have been politicians for years will always have a job on both sides defense and prosecuting when they are booted out of office.
 
Meh. He's an impulsive psycho and she's a prostitute, a disposable commodity. Both met destiny.
