I'll be in Budapest when the fight happens. This is my first time traveling internationally, how do these things usually work in terms of watching the fights??

Go to Google and search for the local time for the fight. Then search for bsrs around your area showing the fight. Select a bar and get there an hour to half an hour earlier. That's what I have done while traveling.
Stream it illegally? Because other countries have virtually no laws about piracy. This is a great window of opportunity

Any suggestions other than breaking the law for a low quality stream?
