Weight watchers and bodybuilding combination

Has anyone tried this combination? I need to shred down to 8% body fat for a show, which is a challenge.

I'm tired of counting calories. I never liked it. The weight watchers point system is appealing. I like their fit points, which allows you to add to the daily point score of 30. That's all I know.

How was/is your experience with weight watchers in general?

Does weight watchers incorporate a point system for protein supplementation and creatine intake?

i think you are trolling, but i know fat chicks who lost a ton of weight by doing weight watchers.

Wtf are you talking about. Anyway, calorie counting is critical if you want to get into bodybuilding. Possibly attributing a point system to food may be the first step (macros). Then worry about the micro nutrients.
 
Weight watchers is the only diet that I can get behind

It's calorie counting at the end of the day

And if you eat in a deficit to your TDEE you will loose weight PERIOD

You can get 2300 calories of ice cream every day and loose weight
If your TDEE is 2600
