Werdum: "my nickname is go horse, not go donkey"

In Portuguese, donkey is 'burro', which is also the slander for idiot/dummy. That might be it?

I was expecting this but like "so much horse. horse guy".

werdum coming to you in the middle of chechnya sometime soon!

@dimspace knows more than me on this topic but from my understanding, when they reveal the punishment it means they have completed the process.

I guess you're right though, there have been appeals prior to the sentencing so I'm not sure.
Yup, once the penalty is handed out that is the end of the process

Prior to being given two years there would have been discussion between him, his reps amd usada.

Usada would have said, OK, accept two years or opt for arbitration.

At that point is when you opt for arbitration (which is essentially the appeal).

So the case is my now closed

What's interesting is normally the statements say "athlete x accepts two year suspension"

That wasn't the case here. That may have been unintentional in the wording or it may have mean he was given "accept decision or choose arbitration" with a deadline and with no see by the deadline decision was rendered.

After USADA is done, his name will be "go fish"

You can lead a go horse to water, but you can't make it drink, unless there's steroids in it.
