They aren’t accurate at all. It’s just a mathematical formula, usually. Change your height and it’ll respond accordingly. It’s not reading anything in your feet.I've been losing a shitload of weight and am currently 189 pounds, and the scale said I'm around 20% body fat.
Don't know how accurate these walmart scales are with body fat percentages and BMI, but I'll go with it.
I think I’m always about 10%, but I’ve never cared to test. Just based on internet pics... and ya, I don’t really care about it. Wish I could get stronger.
