I always thought they were of the Master Puppet race.

Seriously, I've never thought they had a race...they're puppets. Like what race is Cobra Commander? None - he's a snake person. What race are the Thundercats? Thunderian. If we need to know a cartoon's race, they'll tell us in the backstory.

also...I don't know if the Cobra Commander thing is true. I made it up.

Orange, but a race goes prolly some type of Chinese Persian would be my guess.
