What dish can you cook really good?

Last time I tried, I overshot the temp and burnt the bottom a bit. But yes, just s&p and no crutch. I think I'm ready to give it another go but it's a tricky cut to get right.
Judging by your pics, you’ll do great. All your stuff looks awesome.

Pad Krapow Moo (Thai Basil pork). Except I use oyster sauce instead of fish sauce. Fish sauce smells like funky pussy

Funky Pussy = new band name

For some reason i can throw down on some italian made some cheese stuffed ravioli alfredo with cajun shrimp couple days ago it was epic. Might make meat lovers lasagna this weekend if sober enough.

My specialty is Cajun although I can cook Chinese, Japanese, Italian and Mexican.

I was raised by a classically trained chef so...

I can pretty much cook anything and make it amazing.

^ this i made for my lady friend a few nights ago.

Texas smoked ribbs
ragù alla

Carbonara

Fajita stuffed chicken....

Waffles. Tamales. I love making risotto. The best part is getting fucked up off of the wine that I'm cooking it with. In fact, on Sunday post coitus I went to my kitchen, turned on the hood, lit up a doobie, boozed and made risotto while bumping some Migos.

I bake too. Holiday season and I make my special holiday spiced rum banana bread. Packed with "medicated" coconut oil that I make myself.
