What do you think about this schedule?

In short, instead of the 5 x 5 etc, I would use cluster training in a 6,4,2 manner or a 4,2,6 manner etc. Also, after conducting my thesis research for my MSc in Sports Performance, I primarily perform unilateral lifts (i.e., one limb at a time), which I will try to re film all these old videos unilaterally. Keep in mind that I am a Ph.D student so I am very busy
