5'9 (and a half) 209lbs.
Thick, solid, tight.
5'9" and 190. 33% bodyfat.
We are basically the same size, I got really thin over the past few years. I was about 160 when lifting and doing BJJ. Essentially would like to put on 10-15 pounds of mass without any fat.
6”3, 90kg, life is good
6'0, 214 lb. Down from 223 at the start of January. I was hoping to be at this point by the end of March so now my goal is under 210. Under 200 by the end of the year.
