What gloves to use on reflex bag

What sort of gloves to use on Reflex bag should i use the Sparring gloves or the Bag gloves
I used my 16 OZ bag gloves but felt really sluggish

I only wrap my hands and don't wear gloves.

I started with my hand wraps only but my coach told me to wear gloves to get used to it

I'd suggest just buying some cheap 10oz gloves for it if your coach is that pedantic about you wearing gloves.

I got some light cheap everlasts they seem ok
