This! Agree!

Lost in Translation holds a special place to me. I used to work overseas a lot in hotels, like the one in the movie. I did two contracts in Tokyo. I get that alien feeling of living in this temporary environment half way around the world, no friends or family. On one hand it's an adventure of the unknown...and on the other its incredibly lonely at times. So when you meet someone of like mind the connection is that much deeper. Then 90 days later the contract is up and poof...that strange dream ends. It lingers though.

Lost in Translation reminds me of great times.

I've been to the Park Hyatt Tokyo. @HelloJapan

I voted for kingpin because I watched it a lot when I was younger and it's become synonymous with my adolescent memories, but I really need to get around to watching lost in translation.
