A pig is a magical animal that the following comes from:

Bacon
Pork chops
Ribs
Pork rinds
Boston butt (shoulder commonly used for pulled pork)
Sliced ham (taken from hind leg)
Ham hocks/feet
Snouts
Tender loin
Lard
Whole roasted pig

I'm Vietnamese, so I love the whole roasted variety with the dipping juices.

What's your favorite cut of this magical animal? I'm talking about a cut of pork, not pork as an ingredient in a dish like pork sausage or pork dumplings.

Seriously, to all the non Asians out there, go to your local Chinatown and get some roasted swine. It'll be hanging on a hook. You don't even need to be Asian. Just point to it and tell them how many pounds. They'll give you a small container of au jus sauce. It has a shit load of fat, but YOLO!
 
Feet didn't make the list? Pozole with some pigs feet is great! But I agree with the guy who said all parts are equally as good... just depends on what dish you're having.
