What To Do In Las Vegas (Updated)

Haha it’s not too much. I make more than 10 regular Sherdoggers. Being frugal is just another way of being a good businessman. Or maybe it’s a fat American culture thing.
Saving money and being thrifty to most sherdoggers is a stupid thing thats why most of them dont have much or are financing their stuff. My mom taught me to save my money and manage it well. Now I own my house truck jetski and bike and have plenty of money.
More people need to be like you then this country wouldnt be so much in debt.

I've only been to the Bellagio and Caesars palace buffets and they are way better than catering food lol.

I'll take those buffets over a $50 steak and potato any day.

I was about to say...I can’t speak for downtown, but most of the buffers on the strip, particularly Caesars, are damn good.

Don't forget the bulletproof vest.

You can visit Wanderlei's gym, it's near the strip and he always welcomes visitors. You can watch him run a class and he takes time to say hi, take a pic and sign stuff. I've been there plenty of times since it was on Dean Martir Rd. they moved but are still in the area just a few blocks off the strip. Extreme Couture is also an option but they are not that welcoming, they have a separate area for training and you can only watch the fighters train through a glass window.

Go to the gun range. In Vegas you can shoot some crazy shit you can't in other states, like machine guns and some ranges have zombie experiences and other random stuff.

'Love' is the best show I've seen in Vegas, and I've seen a bunch. I don't even like the Beatles but I've seen that show twice and it's still the best.

If you have the time, take a tour to the Grand Canyon and/or the Hoover dam. The Canyon is breathtaking.

Fuck the clubs, there is plenty of booze and chicks and fun everywhere. Spend your time and money somewhere else.

There will be plenty of UFC-related parties and activities, so check the UFC schedule. You'll bump into dozens of fighters and MMA personalities.

You can also visit the UFC HQ and the Performance Institute. I don't think it's open to fans but at least you can check it out from the outside and take a pic. I've heard it's impressive.

If you are sober for even 1 minute then you have failed

Alright kids. I made it back from Vegas yesterday in one piece. I'll share some of the things that went down on my trip:

First off, I haven't been sick all year and I got a nasty cold the minute I got to Nevada. And man it was HOT the entire time. It was hot last time I was there but this time it was way more humidity.

The check in at my hotel took a long ass time. I had to wait over an hour in line and I was exhausted asf. Stood in line with this white dude who had just got back from Arizona. He bought me a beer while we stood in line and talked about sports, work, and traveling. Found out he was from Beaverton which is where I live currently.

I didn't get to my room until 1am and I only got like two hours of sleep because I had to wake up early and go to Arizona and see the damn Grand Canyon. It was a long ass drive but it was well worth it. Maybe I'll post some photos later on.

When I got back from the Grand Canyon I went out with my dudes even though I was sick and dragging ass from lack of sleep. My guy met this chick who worked at the Stratosphere. She went out with us to a few strip clubs before we called it a night around 4am. Went to the dispensary to get some Wiz Khalifia and Dizzy Wright. Homegirl was drunk as fuck and falling everywhere. Ended up crashing out in my boys room. He told me she wanted to get it in with both of us but the broad passed out so that was a no go. LOL

Next day was UFC 226. Never been to T Mobile Arena but I was very impressed. The card was enjoyable except for one fight (those who watched the card know what I'm talking about) and I won some bread betting on my man DC.

I wanted to go out and celebrate my winnings but I my body was aching from coughing and sneezing all day and I could barely walk. Also, I hadn't had a decent night's sleep in like 4 days. So I collected my money and went to bed kind of early that night. I wanted to go to club Jewel which was hosted by Jamie Foxx Saturday night, too. But I needed rest. Had the best nights sleep in weeks that night and woke up feeling much better.

Met some crazy redneck dudes from Kentucky. Bought me a few beers

Had some bomb ass tacos from this Mexican joint I went to. Forgot the name

Went to the buffet at the Bellagio. Not bad

My homeboy jumped off the Stratosphere Tower before we checked out yesterday

It was a good trip all in all. Sucks that I was sick and couldn't fully enjoy my entire stay. Stratosphere isn't a bad hotel and I actually liked my room. Didn't like it being so far off the strip tho. I mean we took the Deuce everywhere or Uber but next time I'm definitely staying closer to the strip like I did in my last trip.

I ate so much crab at Caesar's buffet ..... it was like $70 a person. The real kicker was the bar bill.

Gonna go ahead and repost this story for those that missed it as well, its a true story and pretty epic. This was also at 23.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I sat at the bar about 5am one night talking with a bartender about hookers at mandalay. About 20 minutes later I get hit on by one. Super fine blond tall etc... I kinda blow her off and tell her im not paying for sex but this makes her wanna stay. I can tell shes horny and probably rolling, I was too. Her black GF pimpette sitting at the end of the bar walks up to me and says "hey you cant talk to my girls if you aint payin"

About 20 minutes go by with me, the hooker and the pimpette talking with the bartender. I buy the pimpette a drink. The hooker is horny and starts rubbing her pussy on my leg and I start finger blasting her right at the bar. Im thinking " hey I will get her horny and smash for free" but i forget my gfs up stairs sleeping. The pimpette loves me after talking and says I can have her girl cause she wants to go with me. I didnt have a room to take her too tho so i couldnt smash. Got a little rub tug over the pants but thats it.

10 minutes later some loser walks up and shes friendly to him. I can tell he doesnt know shes a hooker. They went up to the room and he got robbed by the pimpette. I see her getting arrested about 45 minutes later and me and the bartender are fucking dying. He gave me a bunch of free drinks cause he said he never saw a guy play a hooker out like that. Good Times.

lol hooker stories rarely end well. @pcptornado has a good one. Haven't seem him around for a while though.

I was there maybe 4-5 years ago for a wedding at the mandaley bay, and after going out with the group after, I ended up at the mandaley bay at 4am drunk and deshelved, sitting at that bar near where that machine gets the wine bottles. I was just trying to get my head together to get back to myhoetl (was not staying with the wedding party), and this slutty but pretty younger girl approaches. Even I knew through my drunken haze, it would end badly.

The other hooker story is I was there for work and had one early morning, so I was in my room early. I get woken up in the middle of the night with loud voices, so I walk out in the hall and I see this 1/2 naked darker skin dude standing in the doorway telling a security guard "I brasil, she crazy". I walk by the open door and sure enough, a spitting mad hooker yelling at a different security guard that she needs to leave and they cannot stop her.

Every casino has an Uber pickup/drop off point now so it's just as easy as a cab

We used Uber to go to a zombie paint ball survival thing outside the city, and it was great. We use it almost exclusively in vegasx, except the airport.

Australia has run rings around the USA in conveniences. It is way too hard to get shit here. It is like the 60s you need a car. Fuck off

Is it normal for cabs in LV to be really mad when taking travelers between hotels, this was probably a $10 ride each time? Has happened both times I got in a cab, one guy was swearing the entire time, Tourettes-like almost, real fucking awkward, since I was with my GF. While the second time a female cabbie was telling me to walk instead as she doesn't want to drive such a short distance, to which i said no, and she took me.

I know cab drivers can be assholes, and they're dogshit where I live, but this was the first time I've experienced this.
I always have the best conversations with them and tip well, never have a problem. They have to wait in long ass lines and if your only going a 100 yards, I see why theyd be mad. Shouldnt take it out on you though.

Sounds like a good time. UFC 226 was probably the best MMA event I have ever been to, the arena energy was crazy the whole card. The Vegas humidity was higher than I have ever been there for.

The only good story I have is seeing Nick and Nate Diaz and Tito Ortiz at a strip club at 430am. That was fun and my buddy is friends with them so i got to hang out for a while. Rolling balls and chilling with strippers was also a good time.

Going back for the first week of football season. I won a bunch of money on the fights and they make them so much more interesting.

I love the crowd energy. It was almost as good as when I saw UFC 148 with all those damn Brazilians in the MGM Arena.

Glad you came up on the fights and got to hang with the Diaz bros and Tito. I really wanted to go party after the UFC and spend some of the bread I won. My body was just aching so bad and I had a serious lack of sleep. Why the fuck did I have to get sick on vacation?
