Good thread idea. I'm looking to lose 30lbs before August. Zero exercise will be involved.

this. also enjoy cantelope and honeydew. tho those are more so snacks.

i like having a cup of broccoli, cup of cauliflower, and a veggie "chicken" patty for supper. it's low cal and keeps me going. plus i looove broccoli mhmm.

I never feel any guilt or remorse for what I eat.

Was going to say sushi is the one food that people tend to not feel guilty about since it can be 'healthy'. Those crazy fusion rolls or all you can eat sushi bars can really add up the calories. There's a all you can eat sushi joint near me that is always packed with a long line.

I go to an all you can eat sushi place and have absolutely have no guilt afterwards. @boingyman
