Aside from her ridiculous body (which you can see in it's full glory in the very disturbing Under the Skin) it's her voice that does it for me.

I'd say lot of these as well really come down to people having a crush on a character an actress/actor has played as well, Scarlet in Lost in Translation and Girlwith the Pearl Earing being a classic example that turned her into a star and more recently late on(well maybe not the VERY end) in Under the Skin and Her(if you love her voice watch that).
