You left out bodybuilder.
And wife beater.

Was that the one with the hot younger ice skater who wanted sexual relations with 007?Sean Connery, but favourite movie is License to Kill.

I wish. She was hot and horny and physically fit.For Your Eyes Only
Prime Connery would kick your ass, drink your beer and fuck your woman. The Sean was a black belt in Kyokushin Karate, a nightclub bouncer and pimp-slapped Johnny Stompanato so hard when he pulled a gun on him that the Wise Guy had to run back to America in embarrassment.
My favourite quote about Connery comes from Cubby Broccoli. When Connery arrived to audition for Bond,
"He was so manly, I could almost hear his testicles clanging as he walked across the road."
Goldfinger is the GOAT Bond theme though.
I also agree with this except I won't go as far as saying I hated Moore but he was on the bottom tier for me along with Brosnan who were both more effeminate Bonds.Lazenby and Dalton both deserved more Bond work.
Dalton gave Bond the Darker Edge that Craig later revived and had success with.
I just know i fucking hated Moore's Bond.
this thread reminded me of the greatness of Casino Royale:
-best poker game in film
-white knuckled action scenes
-Bond busting through drywall
-Bond throwing a gun at a terrorist
-first full back mount rear naked choke(??)
-evil Mads Mikkelsen
-Eva Green
-Bond madly in love
-Daniel Craig laughing in the face of torture
-then in the end..Bond, James Bond
so I voted Craig
Lol, casino royals gets way too much bro love simply because there’s a poker scene in it. It’s a good movie, but skyfall is so far beyond better that it’s ridiculous to even compare. In pacing, editing, acting and story.
And from Russia with love / Connery is best/best, not even a fuckin debate on that one.
What really did Lazenby in was his off screen actions, he was kind of Bohemian and I think was vocal about smoking weed (which had more negative impact back then than today) and some other things. His portrayal in the movie wasn't bad, quite honestly though when I think of that movie I don't think of Lazenby, I think of his wife played by Diana Rigg. Hard to believe this is the same woman that plays the old lady Tyrell on Game of ThronesI agree, he could have grown into a solid Bond. The problem he faced is that his debut performance wasn't particularly noteworthy, compared to the debuts of the others. Connery in Dr. No, Moore in Live and Let Die, Dalton in Living Daylights, Brosnan in GoldenEye, Craig in Casino Royale. They all started off running, while Lazenby was too blase and indifferent throughout the film. I know he wasn't an actor and was a model, but it's all relative when discussing Bonds.
And wife beater.
