Who monitors the moderators?

Are moderators on Sherdog monitored? Do I have any resources, or appeal process, if I have an issue with a moderator that has issued a 'yellow card' or is threatening a 'ban'? It seems to me that certain moderators have a 'personal vendetta' against certain members. It only takes one moderator to ban a member. He is the judge-jury-executioner. No accountability to anyone but himself. Once a member is banned he has no access to Sherdog or his old account. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
