Why hasn't khamzat called out izzy?

Khamzat has called out a bunch of ww to fight him at mw.
He called out poatan to defend the mw belt against him.
He has called out Luke Rockhold, Anderson Silva and Kelvim Gaustalem to fight him at MW.
But he has never once mentioned izzy.
Why?

Ehh he does call out everybody, but also people don't want to give him something he hasn't earned. You see it here, people saying he needs to beat 2 top 5 MWs to get a title shot. Then the opponents have to also accept. If I'm being honest I think Costa will be too easy for Khamzat.

Khamzat got koed by the number 19 (COVID)
And he got destroyed by inactivity,weight problems and entitlement.
 
He seems to think calling out 155ers to fight him at 185 will get him a title shot at 170.

Who knows what goes on in his mind tbh.

Khamzat calls out everyone and then ducks them. Also, why isn't Khamzat calling out this guy? Must be scared.
 
He has called out Izzy on multiple occasions, but it's meaningless because has done 0 to earn a title shot at 185. He's no even ranked. It's like O'Malley beating a bunch of cans at 145 then calling out Islam.
 
The Duck King has called everyone out...but confidentially shredded every offered contract via "I never got offered fights brotha".
