LOL - are you not familiar with Air Coryell 1978 to 1982? They were damn near unstoppable on offense and a had a shitty defense. If not for the Holy Roller and -58F Cincy game they might have been two time SB champs.

I've thought about this and decided that the Clippers are the worst sports franchise in terms of success.

I think the lack of conference championship appearances sets them apart from the rest of the franchises listed.

-The Lions have been the NFC championship
-The Washington Capitals have been to the Stanley Cup Finals

not sure about worst, but the Buffalo Bills are a franchise that easily has the saddest story of any team...4 straight super bowls and no wins. Shit. Fuckin' Scott Norwood.

I agree. Watching the Cowboys run a train on them back 2 back was brutal.
