Wrestler gets hit with a concrete block during extreme match (possible brain damage)

This happen during a match between el Cuervo de puerto rico vs Angel of Demonio at IWRG in Mexico City, apparently the spot called for Angel to throw a brick at the back of cuervo who was hunched outside (mind you I dont know how safe getting hit by a piece of concrete in the column area is, but aounds equally painful and dangerous), Cuervo stood up prior to the block being thrown and hit his head.

Cuervo underwent a 5 hour surgery to remove blood clots in the brain.

Angel has been banned from wrestling, no criminal charges have been put on him.

Post match interview the guy said he was trying to hit him in the back...........like that wouldve been safer gtfho. Even if that was the goal even just dropping the block from 5 ft above was incredibly dangerous but he slammed that down on him like Shaq in the 4th quarter
