WTF? Kids cartoons

Do ever think about the stuff we watched growing up and think "Who approved this?"

When I saw Rosanne was coming back, it jogged my memory of a cartoon called "Little Rosey". A cartoon about 8 year old Rosanne Barr. I mean sure they did Camp Candy, but John Candy would have been an amazing camp counselor..8 year old Rosanne? Not so much

The only thing I remember about this cartoon was that the kid was voiced by Louie himself and that always seemed so weird to me.

Those skekses things, especially the snivelling whimpering one, freaked me out when I was likkle.

All the classic shorts were made for movie theaters and tought to appeal to adults too.

By todays PC standards the cartoons were full of raunchy jokes, misoginy, sexual harasment,racism, violence, suicide references etc..
