The 4gb slims are $50 and the 250gb are $80. I have an Xbox One, but there are still quite a few games I play with friends on my 360 that aren't backwards compatible. I also have back logged games that I want to get through as well. http://www.gamestop.com/browse/xbox-360/systems?nav=1385-c4

I was still rocking my OG white 360 that I got in 2008. It still worked, but it wouldn't read discs and was probably just a matter of time until I got the RROD.

I was actually able to take the 120gb hard drive apart from my older model Xbox and slide it into to the slim. I also have 2 32gb memory sticks that I store game on as well. Here are the instrucktions on how to swap the HD's... https://snapguide.com/guides/use-your-old-360-hard-drive-in-a-new-xbox-360-1/

I traded in a few games that I already beat and don't play anymore and got $44 credit so I only paid about $8(after taxes) for the the thing. I just thought I'd give you all a heads up as the 360 still holds up well with this generation of consoles.

I'm a Sony fanboy, but cool. I do wonder what the PS3 is going for, though...

Xbox 360 one of the best consoles of all time

Thing came out in 2005 and lasted until 2013 due to incredible well balanced hardware

I still play it from time to time, it's amazing when you consider it runs games off the disc and only has 512mb RAM (system AND video ram) and yet has massive games like Red Dead Redemption

Looks like it's $40 for the refurbished original Xbox 360 and PS3, and it's $50 for refurbs of the Xbox 360 Slim revision.

I might need to replace my 360. It's having problems reading disks. Don't think it will have what it takes to survive making its way through the rest of my backlog. Wife got it for me Christmas 2009. Loved that thing.

They will be worth $800 in the year 2038.
If minimum wage increases two more times, then expect to see the XBOX360 worth $1200.

Physical media is becoming more and more obsolete and your game discs and old school consoles will be worth a fortune in the future.

Damn, my PS3 just bit the dust a couple weeks ago.

Might have to go get me a 360.

Can I just go to a GameStop and get one or do I have to order it online?

I got mine at the store, so yeah you can get it there. The guy that was working there didn't even know they were on sale. Whatever the online prices are will be the price you will pay for them in a store. Same with game trade in values.

Are Microsoft and Sony still making games for the last gen? I bet used games are dirt cheap right now.

ugh im resisting the urge to buy one and get import tuner challenge and DOA beach volleyball.... yeah... i like going fast on a highway and big titty girls playing volleyball!
