definitely not an excuse. He wasn't given the time. Dan Lambert (head of ATT) spoke about it on Anik Florian podcast. Yoel definitely got fucked over by the commission. Whether or not he would have won isn't really the issue, it's him getting fucked out of 30% of his purse or whatever the # is and the post fight bonus. He should have been eligible to get those at least.

how is it cheating if you are ALLOWED X amount of time if you do come in overweight? and let's not act like the guy was fucking 15 lbs overweight even AFTER they fucked him. it was .2 lbs.
