So i got some scrawny ass chopstick forearms..

i can never seem to get any meat too them..

any one have any good forearm muscle building techniques?

besides jerking it you meatheads ...

FWIW, I get crazy forearms pumps from back training: Barbell/cable rows & Lat Pulldowns.
 
do heavyass farmer's walks after every workout. Hold on for dear life until it falls out of your hands. Then pick it up and walk back.
 
50kg weight, rest your forearms on your knees and just lift it using your wrists. If you break your wrists you went too big to fast and should not have listened to me in the slightest.
 
Eat food. Lift heavy shit. Eat more food.
