Awesome. I only got 5, 4, 3 last time with this exact weight.

Did a couple sets of 15 pushups, some crunches, and levering.

Quick question - looks like you've dropped the chins/pull ups for the last 2 weeks or so and have been mainly doing DB rows - can I ask why? Strength imbalance, or just taking a break?

Kind of taking a break, but also, my left elbow tends to hurt while I do them, and stays sore after, and I get a pain in it every once in a while, not sure why. So, I'm just doing the dumbbell rows for now.

Today was a good day. Got ripped on (in a nice way) by Keith Wassung, had a good workout, and the sun is actually shining.

I didn't take them time to read through the entire thing, but I caught that you didn't like doing power cleans? Forgive me if I'm wrong and you've already picked them up but if you haven't do so. lol
You will fall in love with them, they are my favorite lift to do. Just Trust me.

And another tip, I see you like doing core work every now and again, try adding Dragon Flags to your arsenal. If you don't know what they are google it cause it's kinda hard to explain. But, other than deads and basic power lifts they work your core more than anything else you could do. They are seriously underused.

Thanks, glad you like the log. I may give power cleans a try, it's just that I lift alone, and have no one to show me proper form, other than youtube videos. I looked up dragon flags, I want to try them out just to see how miserably I fail at them.

Failed on last set, but I'll get there.

Did pinch gripping and weighted crunches too.

I'm thinking of switching to 3 X 3 on deadlift.

Might switch to 3 X 3 on these too.

Finished up with a little mini-circuit of curls, dumbbell lateral raises, weighted crunches, and shrugs.

Pinch gripping-22.5 lbs of plates attached to a 5 lb dumbbell. Each hand-7 sets of 10 second holds. I'll probably up the weight next time.
