well, before my summer workout it was around 585

now I would guess it's between 500-540

The original squats n' milk program is 3 days a week, tacking on 5 lbs EVERY WORKOUT, or +15 lbs a week x20...

It's masochistic to start that at almost 400 lbs...
 
my last squat day i did a little 20 repper at 155 - kilograms you ask? no, pounds. reading your log im walking a fine line between being extremely motivated to keep putting in the time and hope i can get the poundage up and just being extremely discouraged at what a weak little bitch i am. all the same, good luck to you

When I read 390X20X1 I started laughing. Mostly at myself and my puny squat.

Yeah, everyone was telling me

" take your 10 rep estimate and stretch it to 20"

so that is what I did, I can't sit down without stabalizing myself on something first..

Yeah, the only things I plan to keep up on are dips, pushups, and pullups..

I'll try this for a month..

goal is to get my 10 rep max up into the five plate area.

I've got an Amino Stack that I take
plus vitamins b-12 and b-6
flax
lactaid
and a raw fruit/vegetable drink that I use to spike insulin after my workouts (keep gluconeogenesis to a minimum)..

I am not trying to gain weight per se, but I suppose there is no harm in having bigger legs..
 
Day 2

Squat
bwx20 plus active stretch/warmup
Box jumps
135x10
225x8
315x5
treadmill walk 5 minutes
2 minutes rest

So I'm supposed to add weight to this, so I decided to add 5 pounds

395x16x1

absolutely no shot at making 20 reps..
came down on 16 and couldn't get the weight to move 1 inch...fought the rep for 6 econds or so, and just set it down....

I think I need to go down to 375 and work a more gradual progression
