Your Favorite Muay Thai Jump Rope

I'm debating on ordering Twins SR-2 Jump ropes or Rogues Fitness Muay Thai jump rope, but I would like to hear your guys favorite heavy jump rope for Muay Thai.

learned the hard way, if youre north of 6' go with the rogues fitness.. twins came up to small

going on 4+ years with the rogue, and still holding up strong

i use the heavy plastic with wooden handles

i used a twins jump rope before. it snapped it the middle quickly from skipping on cement with it.

those twins jump ropes are pretty cheap IMO. all your paying for is the name.

Muay Thai rope is thicker/heavier.

I use a 10kg chain. Keeps you bouncing out of fear of getting cracked in the shins.

Just ordered the rogues. I bought the wooden handles one for thai nostalgia, but they snapped where the rope met the handle after less than 2 months. Hoping these rogues last longer.

thats strange mine lasted a very long time, years, once it did break, it broke at the handle though.
