Your Official UFN 113 Bets

I enjoyed capping Nash-Roberts, Mulheron-Willis and Rountree-Craig a lot, so I treated myself three semidegenerate 2u underdog bets as late birthday present. Good odds and cool dudes.

Nelson R1/2 0.5u 3.0
Pontzibbion dec 0.1u 7.0
Calderwood 0.2u 2.95
Felder 0u for 0.4u / dec 0.5u 3.5 / R3 0.1u 22.5 / Nsc 3u 2.03
Janes 0.2u 5.7
Craig 2.3u 2.85
Mulheron 2u 2.73
Nash 2u 2.9

Dec rr 0.4u
U/o rr 0.2u
Birthday present bets clean 100% -6u loss. +1,2u the rest. Mulheron was a disappointment but really enjoyable fights otherwise.

thought this was going to be a disaster after teymur lost. from a technical standpoint i called that fight dead on but was completely blindsided by henry's chin and the cardio discrepancy. i guess teymur coming back from a honeymoon should have been a red flag.

felder, calvillo, ponzinibbio parlay saved my ass tonight on a card i wasn't hugely confident on.

next week however i am way more confident.

it's funny how in the real world you get money by being a moronic, well groomed, extroverted, smiling, obsequious cockroach whereas in the gambling world you can get money by using your eyes and coming to rational conclusions.

MORE MONEY IN THE FUCKING BANK.

back on track, baby.

could've been a *monster* night if ponz won after 2.0 or even more if ponz won via decision (those RR's would've paid a lot bigger).

both of my RD3 stabs (henry and calvillo) should've f'ing HAD the R3 finishes, too. but i won't whine (much) this week. capped off a good week.

After livebetting, here are results:

Aiming for at least 3u profit, putting me 50u up since June 16th. Not feeling very confident, though can you ever be when 5/6 of your straight ML plays are dogs?

Won't be able to watch this nor the next 2 events live, then we have the month break
<mma1>

Up 5u, surpassing the 50u in a month goal!

What am i doing wrong, how should i change my strategy?

bump..,.help a newbie better bros...

Betting the same amount on every fight isn't the best strategy, you should vary amounts based on confidence level and your perception of line value.
Slightly disagree, when it comes to complete newcomers to betting. Using flat bets (for example 1% of your bankroll) works pretty well, and you'll see pretty fast wether you're making winning bets or not.

Obviously once you're more experienced, and can identify the value of different spots more accurately, you should vary your betsizes based on that.

I think officer brown proved that's not a winning strategy. We're not here to provide newbie advice, as MrSkin showed it's not working for him, though it is a small sample size with just 1 event.

Unit sizing and correctly determining how many units to assign to each bet is very important
