Anyone subscribed or follow any YouTubers that are actually legit in MT or boxing? I feel like there is a exponentially fewer legit YouTube instructions on boxing or MT techniques than there are of grappling.

Kwonkicker (kwonkicker) knows his stuff. He has very clean technique and a technical approach to striking.

Samir Seif (warriorofhonor) is good, as well. He's got experience in lots of martial arts--submission grappling, Wing Chun, Muay Thai, boxing, etc. He was actually on the receiving end of a brutal flash knockout in the WCL if you're interested in seeing him fight. But his technical demonstrations are short, concise, and helpful. He has lots of good videos on padwork and drills.

Damon Faulkner (nopstar) does the Muay Thai Minute videos, and they're very good. They briefly showcase a single technique, such as a kick catch, leg sweep, clinch throw, parry, or what have you. There are also features with some badass nakmuays--Saenchai, Pornsaneh Sitmonchai, Buakaw, Ramon Dekkers, and Kem Sitsonpeenong, as well as others.

There is a girl who uploads a lot of the lessons she has with master k on YouTube, they are very informative. It's rare to find actual legit Thai fighters whose English is good enough to really describe the intricacies of particular movements and body mechanics. There are some great vids where he explains just how the body and hips should be rotating and moving in various kicks/knees etc. makes a change from videos where the most intricate advice you get is 'turn your hip over' or 'pivot your foot'

When I was in my last few months of Shotokan about to enter in to Muay Thai, I liked her videos. Informative, good training ideas etc.

Now that I have a year of Muay Thai under my belt I am not a fan of the training style. The bouncing movements and long combinations on her videos seem unrealistic.

Master K moves extremely well for his age for as many fights as he has had.

Who is master K, and not call him a fraud since i Know nothing about him, but why does he stumble every time he throws a high kick?
