I decided that i'd like to start up my own little log so that people can feel stronger while looking at my numbers:redface:. Read it or don't, I just think the log will help out my training.

Statistics:

Weight: 175
Height: 6'1
Age: 18

Bench Max: 165
Squat Max: 185
Deadlift Max: 180
 
You can dead lift more than that.

I agree now. I had a slipped disk and that is why my dead was so low. Today was actually the first day I have gone back to deads. The routine I am doing is a little different and works well with my BJJ and MT. I took it from another member and almost left it completely the same because I thought it would be so great for me and so far has been.

Monday - MT and Deads, Pullups, Romanian Deads
Tuesday - BJJ and Front Squat, Push Press, Dips
Wednesday - BJJ
Thursday - MT and Squats, Rows, Good Mornings
Friday - Off
Saturday - Bench, Incline Bench, Close Grip Bench
Sunday - BJJ
