Tried them today.. Cudn't get there, I basically ended up doing the lift but with my forearms lol, cant get low /deep enough under the bar. Was thinking an oly bar would help~!? or at least big plates - I have a walmart esque home bb set, an the bar is rubbish (it's even bent from benching).
So i'm hoping i can slightly blame the bar for being tiny, lol, I am pretty flexible so was a bit frustrating cudn't do them properly.
