John, it looked like you were getting a LOT of lower back arch in your video. Is this not dangerous?

With ZDLs from the floor, it's impossible not to round the back (as opposed to arching the back). Like anything else, start 'em light and work up to heavier working sets over time to prevent injuries.
 
Finnegan's log was a big part of why I started lifting heavy.
