This is a perfect match up for Villante on paper
Villante strongest point is his takedown defense and if he gets taking down he is good at standing up again.
Standing up he has much better offense fundemantels than Cummins but like Weidman his striking defense is awful. So he can get caught but Cummins has realy afwul striking.
So I think Cummins will try to takedown Villante and after a wile he wil get gassed by trying doing this and after that Villante should easely take over the fight
But I understand why @Hardkore picks Cummins because Villante is a stupid fok with an iq of a monkey

Lol .. I would probably favor Patrick Cummins in this one. He fights back better from adversity, whereas Villante is known to blow his wad early and gas ... he's just not that good, but .. Cummins seems to get rocked in every fight and Villante is the most dangerous early and it's possible he could get the KO.

Still favor Cummins tho ...

Welp .. that fight basically went exactly as we called it. Wished I didn't bet on the fight not going to decision tho, but I did think that Cummins could/would get the GnP TKO after Villante gassed. Won a little on Cummins straight up ...

Actually Cummins is better striker than he looks, problem is he forgets the basics and what his wheelhouse is.

If he mixed up the TD's more and not just doubles against the cage, he'd be more effective IMO. I think he should try for more single legs in the middle of the cage or take the back and go for seatbelt grip and drag the guy down and then rain some GnP
