a good tip for testing templates is to make a separate background layer that you can alternate between black and white. This shows up any "bits" you missed like those 3+ white blurry marks either side of the cyclistI updated the wheels. Still not perfect, but better than the original.

I duplicated the layer, used the light threshold tool (I don't know what photoshop uses) to make it all black, then I placed it behind the original template, rotated till I had it lined up, used the mesh warp tool to stretch it towards the wheels, blurred it, added some noise, transparency and colour, job done. Looking at the motorcycle shadow though, I should've compressed the new shadow vertically to match but I didn't think of that at the time.How did you do the shadow for the cyclist?
