Is it like the in porno films, where your spotting some biznatch on a squat, next thing your groping her titties from behind and dry humping her through her yoga pants??
.....
I didn't think so but - the dudes that I personally have seen do it, firstly - they were basically doing pretty much fuck all, except, "okay let's go over here and do a few of these. Now let's go here and do a few of those".
I've seen some chicks coach guys, and the guys they're coaching are some limp dick phags, who were clearly thinking, "yeah - I'm a chronic masturbator, but look at this hot chick, all up on my shit! Yeah - who's cool now?".
Yeah dipshit - chicks will do that for money.
What I'm saying is, of course there's an aspect of anatomical understanding, nutrition etc, to coaching, but I truly get the feeling, a large part of it is basically - being confident in a gym, understanding exercises, and accompanying people with money to spend, who probably aren't that confident in a gym, and basically hand holding/spoon feeding them.
i.e. a lot of personal training, seems to be down to, effectively, ego, pride, confidence (or lack thereof).
Does that sound - preposterous?
Have I offended anyone with my overt observations?
