I don't think I've ever heard the term nor can I think of a dish that's uniquely Canadian.

French fries with mayo and syrup?

Authentic Canadian fare traditionally incorporates an inconsequential yet bothersome existence sprinkled with general malaise and perpetual inferiority

I have some of those packs they sell now in my fridge. I’m positive it’s nowhere as good as at the actual restaurant but for something I microwaved.....it’s not bad. Last time I had it with bread that I buttered and fried for a couple minutes.
