Is there such a thing as Canadian cuisine?

I just put ribs that I smoked yesterday in the microwave to eat them today and they were just as good. Still juicy as fuck.
<{danawhoah}>
Even dipped them in some Alabama white sauce to try something different, the rub I used was sweet so it was a nice pairing.

I nuke ribs.

Not smoked meat.

What’s this one called?

Tartiflette

It's not really Canadian, but we do it best.

Add Trappist and mozzarella cheese, thick-cut slices of ham, bacon, cream, pan-fried potatoes and butter. Roast in oven until bubbling hot with a perfectly blistered cheese canopy.

How was I not invited to this

Australia doesn't have our own cuisine as such, meat pies are called Australian but I think they're really British, lamingtons and pavlova are from New Zealand as well I think. Vegemite maybe?

It's kind of a shame but not really a problem, we have heaps of immigrants here and a shitload of different types of authentic food here anyway. BRB about to have some Pho for lunch.

Tim Hortons, Eggspectations, St Huberts, are Canadien chains I wish US had
