Wow. Better movement, better footwork, better get-ups? Cant agree, Max is on his way to becoming an ATGDP is better everywhere, except maybe technical boxing.

The more tape I watch the more convinced I am that Jouban is going to sleep.... Jouban was dropped hard and hurt by a... what else... right hand from Matt Dwyer in the first round of their bout. Jouban was 33 then, and 36 now, and just lost by first round stoppage against Niko Prico because he was crumpled by a... big right hand.
Ottow/Grant was a staring contest where both guys effectively did nothing. Similar to the Ngannu/Lewis anomaly. I don't think you can take much from a non-fight like that. Grant did still badly rattle him the one time he barely connected.
Grant is 34 with next to no wear on the tread... Jouban is a few years older still and has been in several wars, including two UFC FOTN bonuses. We just saw him getting repeatedly tagged against the slow hands of Ben Saunders.
I don't think Grant is hot shit, he's certainly not the total package MMA wise, but I'm convinced he's a huge one hitter kind of striker and that's enough against someone as defensively porous as Jouban. The film of him turning peoples lights out is out there, it's kind of his thing at this point.

Legit asking cause I didn't dig deep into this one, have you seen him dropped or hurt by a counter right hand? If memory serves me right he almost always gets hurt at the end of guys punches as they are coming forward..
My recollection was Jouban pretty much laying waste to Dwyer outside of an illegal knee in rd1
That's how Price beat him. Right hand counter to Jouban's outside leg kick. Dwyer did similar as Jouban tried a punch combo but seemed to catch Jouban more off balance than rocking him terribly.Legit asking cause I didn't dig deep into this one, have you seen him dropped or hurt by a counter right hand? Everyone bets Anders = Diana comes along and tells everyone there all bums for doing it.Khalil vs Anders is a tough fight to call and from a betting perspective it's dog or pass. If you're paying the juice on Anders anywhere around -200 then you are a sucker, period. Anders is such a dumbie and can't be trusted win fights his his low output and lack of urgency.
Anders hasn't gotten any better since joining the UFC, if anything he's gotten worse and exposed the holes in his game. He followed a 40 year old Machida around for 25 minutes and did nothing. Lost the 1st round to Tim Williams because he wouldn't pull the trigger. His lack of output and urgency vs Elias costed him the fight and showed he hasn't learned and evolved from the Machida fight.
Khalil has his own issues, mainly his cardio and energy management. His BJJ is suspect but he does have some TDD and he knows how to get off his back, he won't be easy for Anders to takedown while he's fresh. And obviously Khalil is a better, faster, more powerful striker than Anders. Khalil also the real 205er here, same height but thicker build.
I doubt I'll have any action but here but I totally understand taking a shot on Khalil
if you bet on Anders you deserve to lose, what a bum

The Santos fight was different, outlier performance, Anders was fearing for his life and went full survival mode, he only wrestled as much as he did because he was scared to strike. And he never had much success grappling, he got TD's but did nothing with them, Santos got up easy.Everyone bets Anders = Diana comes along and tells everyone there all bums for doing it.
Also lack of urgency? The guy relentlessly went for takedowns on Santos for 3 rounds which is exactly what he needs to do here. Also where is anyone advocating a -200 play on Anders? He's still available well below that and thats after his line moved considerably.

Jeez its like Ya Boi stabbed your mom to death or something. The Santos fight was different, outlier performance, Anders was fearing for his life and went full survival mode, he only wrestled as much as he did because he was scared to strike. Knowing Anders and his intelligence, he'll probably try to kickbox Khalil. You seriously can't trust this guy to win fights at this point. He loses fights that he's meant to win and all his recent performances have been disappointing, losing 3 of his last 4. And even in the fight he won vs Williams, he's like a -1000 favorite and he can't even win the 1st round and then his corner has to beg him to pull the trigger and do something.
Anders isn't going to get any better either, he's not doing what it takes to evolve, he's still at that bum gym that has bum coaches and no training partners.

I think he did his full camp out there this time but he's still part of Spartan MMA. Anders has done part of his training camps at Factory X before tooHe's at Factory X now
You guys wanna bet on a real fighter, then you bet Zelim ImadaevJeez its like Ya Boi stabbed your mom to death or something.

victory is ours inshallah alhamdulillah
You're better off playing a juiced Anders line than that false hype train. Just cause his team call him Zabit 2.0 doesn't make him great, and based of the footage available you can see that he's just not. Griffin probably tools him the same as he did to Perry, spamming spinning elbows and flying knees might work vs Russian cans but there's a reason no top guys do.You guys wanna bet on a real fighter, then you bet Zelim Imadaev
